鐵建重工首臺國產地鐵單護盾硬巖掘進機重慶始發

重(zhong)慶市沙坪壩區鳳鳴山(shan)工(gong)地,鐵(tie)(tie)建重(zhong)工(gong)自(zi)主研制(zhi)的(de)單護(hu)盾(dun)硬巖掘進機——領航一號始發(fa),這是國(guo)內自(zi)主研制(zhi)的(de)單護(hu)盾(dun)硬巖掘進機(TBM)首(shou)次用于城市地鐵(tie)(tie)施工(gong)。

據悉,重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)軌道交(jiao)通環線(xian)設站 33 座,全長約 51 公里,是(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)市軌道交(jiao)通線(xian)網中重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要骨干線(xian)路,計劃于 2017 年建(jian)成通車(che)。重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)地(di)鐵(tie)地(di)質(zhi)以砂(sha)質(zhi)泥(ni)巖、砂(sha)巖及泥(ni)質(zhi)粉砂(sha)巖為主,鐵(tie)建(jian)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)設計的單(dan)護盾硬硬巖掘進機(ji),可(ke)解決原盾構法稀渣(zha)外(wai)運(yun),污(wu)染環境的難題,更為環保。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝上,單(dan)護盾硬巖掘進機(ji)不需使用渣(zha)土改良劑(ji),出渣(zha)效率高,工(gong)(gong)序簡化,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)速度更快。同時,每(mei)米可(ke)節省主軸承密(mi)封油脂和泡沫劑(ji)等施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)材(cai)料成本約 300 元(yuan),此項目三個硬巖掘進機(ji)區間隧(sui)道總長約 6km—7km,可(ke)減少(shao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)成本約 200 萬元(yuan)。

此臺單(dan)護(hu)盾硬巖掘(jue)進機開(kai)(kai)挖直徑 6880mm,總長 104 米,總重約 700 噸,裝機功率(lv)超過2000kW,集(ji)隧洞開(kai)(kai)挖、襯砌、出渣、運輸、通風、排水、除塵(chen)等功能(neng)于(yu)一(yi)體(ti)。設(she)備(bei)采(cai)用了大量通用性(xing)模塊設(she)計,預留(liu)了土壓(ya)平衡模式(shi)接口(kou),可較(jiao)方便(bian)改造成(cheng)土壓(ya)平衡盾構,通用性(xing)較(jiao)強。專家認為,單(dan)護(hu)盾硬巖掘(jue)進機用于(yu)城市地鐵施工,除在(zai)環保、經(jing)濟上有(you)顯著效果外,還(huan)拓(tuo)寬了國內單(dan)護(hu)盾硬巖掘(jue)進機的應用領域。
