耐磨鋼板等離子加熱技術

起初,nm450耐磨鋼(gang)板等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)加熱技(ji)(ji)術不(bu)盡如人意,主要(yao)表現(xian)在(zai)以(yi)下(xia)幾個(ge)方面(mian):一是起弧(hu)困難(nan);二是由于(yu)中間(jian)罐(guan)(guan)內鋼(gang)水液面(mian)不(bu)穩,等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)弧(hu)難(nan)以(yi)維持而導致(zhi)滅火;三(san)是使用時噪音大;四是等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)產(chan)(chan)生的(de)電磁輻(fu)射對周圍(wei)設(she)備(bei)的(de)弱(ruo)電系統(tong)產(chan)(chan)生影響(xiang);五是加熱效(xiao)率較低(di)。隨著(zhu)連鑄技(ji)(ji)術的(de)發展(zhan),這些不(bu)足(zu)逐(zhu)漸得到解決。目前,等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)加熱技(ji)(ji)術重(zhong)新回到中間(jian)罐(guan)(guan)冶金技(ji)(ji)術的(de)舞(wu)臺。

  等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)技術工作(zuo)原理(li)(li)。等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)裝置通(tong)過轉移弧(hu)(hu)方式將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)轉換(huan)成(cheng)熱(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)。所(suo)謂轉移弧(hu)(hu),就(jiu)是流經(jing)(jing)等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)弧(hu)(hu)注(zhu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流必須經(jing)(jing)外部對象(鋼(gang)水)構成(cheng)回(hui)路。可上下移動的(de)(de)等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)槍(qiang)(qiang)作(zuo)為陰極(ji),被加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)鋼(gang)水作(zuo)為陽極(ji)。工作(zuo)原理(li)(li)如下:運行開始時,將(jiang)等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)槍(qiang)(qiang)下降到鋼(gang)液面附(fu)近,利用高頻電(dian)(dian)流起(qi)弧(hu)(hu)裝置在(zai)陰極(ji)和(he)陽極(ji)之間放(fang)電(dian)(dian)形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)區。工作(zuo)氣體氬氣經(jing)(jing)等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)槍(qiang)(qiang)吹入電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)區被電(dian)(dian)離(li)形成(cheng)等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)弧(hu)(hu)注(zhu),利用其電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)轉化為熱(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)。電(dian)(dian)離(li)度(du)越高,弧(hu)(hu)注(zhu)溫度(du)也越高。將(jiang)等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)槍(qiang)(qiang)提升,拉長弧(hu)(hu)注(zhu),增大了(le)弧(hu)(hu)注(zhu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓,即提高了(le)等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)槍(qiang)(qiang)的(de)(de)輸出功率,也就(jiu)是提高了(le)nm450耐(nai)磨鋼(gang)板鋼(gang)水的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)功率。

  等(deng)(deng)離子加熱(re)技術的設(she)備(bei)組(zu)成。等(deng)(deng)離子加熱(re)技術的設(she)備(bei)主要有等(deng)(deng)離子陰(yin)極(ji)槍裝置(zhi)、等(deng)(deng)離子陽(yang)極(ji)著脫裝置(zhi)、高頻(pin)發生器(qi)、電氣系(xi)統、冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)系(xi)統等(deng)(deng)。

  等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)陰極(ji)槍裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)陰極(ji)槍裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)加(jia)熱(re)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)最(zui)主(zhu)要的(de)(de)(de)機械設(she)備,主(zhu)要功(gong)能有回(hui)轉(zhuan)、升降(jiang)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)功(gong)能。其(qi)工作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi):當中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)車(che)在澆鑄位(wei)(wei)就位(wei)(wei)后(hou),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)鋼水(shui)已(yi)穩定(ding)在工作(zuo)(zuo)液位(wei)(wei)時(shi),連續測(ce)溫裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)顯示(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)內鋼水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)溫度已(yi)經低于預(yu)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)鋼水(shui)溫度,此(ci)時(shi)需要操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)加(jia)熱(re)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。當中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)加(jia)熱(re)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)啟動條(tiao)件(jian)滿(man)足(zu)后(hou),首先確(que)保等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)槍體在升降(jiang)上(shang)限(xian)位(wei)(wei),回(hui)轉(zhuan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速電(dian)(dian)機啟動,等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)陰極(ji)槍裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開始轉(zhuan)動,當轉(zhuan)動至(zhi)工作(zuo)(zuo)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速位(wei)(wei)時(shi),回(hui)轉(zhuan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速電(dian)(dian)機減(jian)(jian)(jian)速,碰觸至(zhi)工作(zuo)(zuo)位(wei)(wei)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)開關時(shi),回(hui)轉(zhuan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速電(dian)(dian)機停(ting)止。隨后(hou),升降(jiang)電(dian)(dian)機啟動,等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)槍下降(jiang),下降(jiang)至(zhi)下限(xian)位(wei)(wei)時(shi),升降(jiang)電(dian)(dian)機停(ting)止,此(ci)時(shi),根據停(ting)機位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)進行微調,如果等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)加(jia)熱(re)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)各項準(zhun)備條(tiao)件(jian)滿(man)足(zu)點火條(tiao)件(jian),進行等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)離(li)(li)(li)子(zi)點火操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)。

  陽極(ji)(ji)自動(dong)著脫(tuo)裝置。為(wei)保證等離子(zi)槍加熱(re)的使(shi)用(yong)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)和效(xiao)果,中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)內的鋼水(shui)(shui)作(zuo)為(wei)陽極(ji)(ji),必須給中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)內的鋼水(shui)(shui)進行供電(dian)才能(neng)(neng)使(shi)用(yong)。而供電(dian)線(xian)路又必須與中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)本(ben)體(ti)、中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)車(che)(che)(che)等鋼結構絕緣(yuan)。因(yin)此(ci)須在中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)耐材內預埋鋼板,鋼板的一(yi)(yi)端與液態(tai)鋼水(shui)(shui)接(jie)觸,另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端需要伸出中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)外通過電(dian)纜與電(dian)源相連。而中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)放置在中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)車(che)(che)(che)上隨中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)車(che)(che)(che)行走(zou),因(yin)此(ci),就需要陽極(ji)(ji)自動(dong)著脫(tuo)裝置,當中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)車(che)(che)(che)停止(zhi)在澆(jiao)(jiao)鑄位澆(jiao)(jiao)鑄且(qie)準備使(shi)用(yong)等離子(zi)加熱(re)時,陽極(ji)(ji)應(ying)該(gai)能(neng)(neng)自動(dong)接(jie)通。如果不使(shi)用(yong)或者(zhe)中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)車(che)(che)(che)行走(zou)至預熱(re)位,應(ying)該(gai)自動(dong)切斷。
