鐵建重工將造國內最大直徑泥水平衡盾構機

鐵建重工(gong)(gong)和中鐵十六(liu)局共(gong)同簽(qian)署超(chao)大(da)直(zhi)徑泥水(shui)(shui)平衡(heng)盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)采購和聯合研制合作(zuo)協議,共(gong)同研制開挖直(zhi)徑達 12.81m 的(de)超(chao)大(da)直(zhi)徑泥水(shui)(shui)平衡(heng)盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。該設備成功研制后(hou),將成為(wei)國內(nei)擁有(you)完全自(zi)主(zhu)知識產(chan)權的(de)最(zui)大(da)直(zhi)徑泥水(shui)(shui)平衡(heng)盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)(ji)(ji),應用于新(xin)建新(xin)鄭機(ji)(ji)(ji)場至(zhi)鄭州南站(zhan)城(cheng)際鐵路工(gong)(gong)程項目。

據了解,新建(jian)新鄭機場線(xian)至(zhi)鄭州南站城(cheng)際(ji)鐵路工(gong)程項目為河南省重點工(gong)程,全長 7.397km,其中(zhong)盾構連(lian)續(xu)掘進段達 3.8km,需穿越粉土(tu)、粉質粘土(tu)等鈣質膠結地層(ceng),并下穿南水北條中(zhong)線(xian)干(gan)線(xian)總干(gan)渠,存在地層(ceng)差(cha)異性大、地面(mian)建(jian)筑物復雜、超(chao)大直徑、超(chao)淺埋深、一次(ci)性連(lian)續(xu)掘進距(ju)離長等諸多難點,對盾構掘進設(she)備提(ti)出了極高要求。

超大(da)直(zhi)徑(jing)泥水平衡(heng)盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)機是集(ji)開(kai)挖、排碴、襯砌支(zhi)護(hu)等(deng)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)作(zuo)業于(yu)一(yi)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)光機電(dian)液一(yi)體(ti)(ti)化地(di)下隧(sui)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)專用施工(gong)(gong)設備,在國(guo)(guo)家(jia)持續修建(jian)的(de)(de)越江跨海隧(sui)道(dao)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)具有顯(xian)著優勢(shi)(shi);而(er)且,超大(da)直(zhi)徑(jing)泥水盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)具有科技含量高、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)藝復雜、產品附加值高、產業發(fa)展集(ji)中(zhong)度(du)高等(deng)多個(ge)優點(dian),已(yi)成為國(guo)(guo)家(jia)大(da)力推進(jin)(jin)發(fa)展城市軌(gui)道(dao)交通裝備業的(de)(de)核(he)心高端裝備。之前該設備的(de)(de)核(he)心技術(shu)(shu)一(yi)直(zhi)被德國(guo)(guo)、日本等(deng)發(fa)達(da)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)壟斷,國(guo)(guo)內采購全部依(yi)賴進(jin)(jin)口,受制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)人。此次簽約聯合(he)研制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),鐵建(jian)重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)與中(zhong)鐵十(shi)六(liu)局將發(fa)揮(hui)各自優勢(shi)(shi),組(zu)成研發(fa)團體(ti)(ti),聯合(he)進(jin)(jin)行“超大(da)直(zhi)徑(jing)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)裝備研制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與應(ying)用”科研攻關,以中(zhong)鐵十(shi)六(liu)局豐富的(de)(de)隧(sui)道(dao)施工(gong)(gong)經驗為依(yi)托,以鐵建(jian)重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)成熟的(de)(de)盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)設計、生產技術(shu)(shu)為基礎(chu),在超大(da)直(zhi)徑(jing)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)裝備數字化設計模型技術(shu)(shu)、超大(da)直(zhi)徑(jing)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)裝備總體(ti)(ti)設計與制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造技術(shu)(shu)、開(kai)挖艙高精度(du)氣液壓力獨立(li)平衡(heng)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)(shu)、大(da)功率(lv)(lv)泥水沖刷(shua)環流系統控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)(shu)、多源大(da)功率(lv)(lv)同步驅動(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)(shu)、超大(da)尺寸結構(gou)(gou)件(jian)質(zhi)量控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與檢測技術(shu)(shu)等(deng)多項(xiang)核(he)心技術(shu)(shu)上實(shi)現突破,一(yi)舉填(tian)補(bu)國(guo)(guo)內空白,力爭達(da)到國(guo)(guo)際領先水平。
