普碳鋼低成本脫氧工藝技術研究!

  在轉爐冶煉過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),由于鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)水中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)溶(rong)(rong)解氧(yang)(yang)(yang)含量高(gao),轉爐終(zhong)點氧(yang)(yang)(yang)質量分數可達到0.16%甚至更高(gao),隨著鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)水溫度降(jiang)低,鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)水中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)解能(neng)力(li)下降(jiang)(通(tong)過(guo)熱力(li)學(xue)計算固態鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)溶(rong)(rong)解氧(yang)(yang)(yang)極(ji)低,暫不(bu)考慮),鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)解氧(yang)(yang)(yang)基本上全部與鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)合(he)金元素發(fa)生反應,生成非金屬(shu)夾雜(za)(za)物,而非金屬(shu)夾雜(za)(za)物是鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)主要破(po)壞源,對鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)材的(de)(de)疲勞強度、加工性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)、延展性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、焊接性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)、抗HIC性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)、耐腐蝕(shi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)等都有顯著的(de)(de)不(bu)良(liang)影響。

  科研工作(zuo)者為降低普碳鋼(gang)煉鋼(gang)生(sheng)產成本,從脫氧(yang)(yang)工藝的優(you)化(hua)、脫氧(yang)(yang)材(cai)料的選擇等(deng)方面開(kai)展了(le)系統的研究,對常用(yong)脫氧(yang)(yang)材(cai)料的脫氧(yang)(yang)能力進行(xing)了(le)熱(re)力學分析,并(bing)對其經濟性進行(xing)了(le)評估,制定了(le)適宜于普碳鋼(gang)的脫氧(yang)(yang)工藝技術:在轉爐出鋼(gang)過(guo)程(cheng)加(jia)入(ru)便宜的增(zeng)碳劑進行(xing)預脫氧(yang)(yang),再加(jia)硅(gui)鐵脫氧(yang)(yang)及硅(gui)錳(meng)合金進行(xing)脫氧(yang)(yang)合金化(hua)處理,最(zui)后在吹(chui)氬站喂鋁(lv)線深脫氧(yang)(yang)。

  新工藝采用后,生產過(guo)程穩(wen)定,產品成分和全氧含量(liang)變化不大,鋼包(bao)渣中FeO含量(liang)控制更加(jia)穩(wen)定,脫氧合金成本降低6.68元/t。
