7050鋁(lv)合(he)金是(shi)一種高(gao)(gao)強度、高(gao)(gao)韌性(xing)的(de)航空材料,擁有(you)良好的(de)綜合(he)力學性(xing)能,被廣泛用于航空領域。由(you)于超(chao)高(gao)(gao)強鋁(lv)合(he)金一般需要在(zai)高(gao)(gao)溫下成型(xing)(xing),而流(liu)變(bian)(bian)應力是(shi)表征金屬與合(he)金塑性(xing)變(bian)(bian)形特性(xing)的(de)基本參(can)數,其大小與變(bian)(bian)形溫度T、應變(bian)(bian)速率及應變(bian)(bian)量(liang)ε有(you)關。流(liu)變(bian)(bian)應力σ的(de)定(ding)量(liang)表達(da)式可用Zener-Hollomon參(can)數模型(xing)(xing)來表達(da)。
材料的力學性能與(yu)合(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)的微觀組(zu)織(zhi)直接(jie)相關(guan)(guan),而微觀組(zu)織(zhi)又受熱變形(xing)條件的影響。鋁(lv)合(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)擁有(you)(you)高的堆朵(duo)層錯(cuo)能,而動(dong)態(tai)(tai)再結(jie)晶在高的堆朵(duo)層錯(cuo)能金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬中很(hen)難發生,但最近有(you)(you)很(hen)多關(guan)(guan)于鋁(lv)合(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)中發生了動(dong)態(tai)(tai)再結(jie)晶的報告,所以堆朵(duo)層錯(cuo)能不是合(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)發生動(dong)態(tai)(tai)再結(jie)晶的決定因素。研究表明動(dong)態(tai)(tai)再結(jie)晶與(yu)應(ying)變溫(wen)度和速(su)率有(you)(you)關(guan)(guan)。鑒于此(ci),研究不同的溫(wen)度和應(ying)變速(su)率對微觀組(zu)織(zhi)演變的影響具有(you)(you)重要意義。
實驗采用7050鋁錠(ding),其(qi)熱(re)(re)處(chu)理狀態為H112狀態。沿(yan)其(qi)縱向(xiang)將鋁錠(ding)加工成Φ10mm×12mm的(de)圓柱形(xing)(xing)樣(yang)品(pin)。樣(yang)品(pin)在Gleeble-1500熱(re)(re)模擬機(ji)上進行恒溫等變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)速(su)率(lv)壓(ya)縮試驗,形(xing)(xing)變(bian)(bian)溫度為300、350、400、450℃,應變(bian)(bian)速(su)率(lv)0.01、0.1、1、10s-1,壓(ya)縮變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)量為60%。壓(ya)縮時樣(yang)品(pin)兩(liang)端(duan)填充(chong)石(shi)墨和機(ji)油作為潤滑劑以(yi)減少摩擦。用電阻對樣(yang)品(pin)進行加熱(re)(re),加熱(re)(re)至變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)溫度后保溫3min。
7050-H112鋁合金(jin)高溫(wen)(wen)熱壓(ya)縮時(shi)(shi)流變(bian)(bian)(bian)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)強烈的取決于應(ying)(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速率和變(bian)(bian)(bian)形溫(wen)(wen)度(du),應(ying)(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速率越(yue)高,流變(bian)(bian)(bian)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)越(yue)大(da),變(bian)(bian)(bian)形溫(wen)(wen)度(du)越(yue)高,流變(bian)(bian)(bian)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)越(yue)小。且高溫(wen)(wen)變(bian)(bian)(bian)形應(ying)(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速率受熱激(ji)活過(guo)程(cheng)控制,其變(bian)(bian)(bian)形激(ji)活能為172kJ/mol。應(ying)(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速率和變(bian)(bian)(bian)形溫(wen)(wen)度(du)對7050-H112鋁合金(jin)微觀組織演變(bian)(bian)(bian)有重(zhong)要影響。當應(ying)(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速率為0.01s-1,高溫(wen)(wen)下易發生動態再(zai)結(jie)晶(jing)(jing);當變(bian)(bian)(bian)形溫(wen)(wen)度(du)為450℃時(shi)(shi),各應(ying)(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速率條件下都發生了(le)動態再(zai)結(jie)晶(jing)(jing),且再(zai)結(jie)晶(jing)(jing)晶(jing)(jing)粒隨著應(ying)(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速率的降低而長大(da)。
