50CrVA鋼(gang)(gang)屬于(yu)Cr-V系彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)鋼(gang)(gang),其本身具有(you)(you)良(liang)好的(de)抗脫碳能力(li)及(ji)(ji)防(fang)止奧氏體晶粒粗化能力(li),且經過(guo)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理后(hou)具有(you)(you)較高(gao)彈(dan)性(xing)極限、強度極限以(yi)及(ji)(ji)良(liang)好塑性(xing),被廣(guang)泛應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)汽(qi)車(che)鋼(gang)(gang)板彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)制造(zao)。隨著(zhu)國內重(zhong)(zhong)型載(zai)貨汽(qi)車(che)載(zai)重(zhong)(zhong)量由過(guo)去的(de)4t提高(gao)到現在的(de)40t以(yi)上(shang),50CrVA鋼(gang)(gang)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)汽(qi)車(che)鋼(gang)(gang)板彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)時(shi),對(dui)其使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)截(jie)面厚(hou)(hou)(hou)度要求也(ye)由8mm提高(gao)到24mm及(ji)(ji)其以(yi)上(shang),但(dan)是50CrVA鋼(gang)(gang)傳統熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理過(guo)程中(zhong),使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)介質為(wei)普通(tong)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)油(you)(you),其油(you)(you)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)臨界(jie)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)板厚(hou)(hou)(hou)為(wei)24mm。通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)傳統熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理50CrVA材料鋼(gang)(gang)板彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)大(da)量斷裂(lie)失效分析及(ji)(ji)對(dui)其生產現場工(gong)藝質量研究(jiu)后(hou)發現,截(jie)面厚(hou)(hou)(hou)度接(jie)近(jin)或大(da)于(yu)油(you)(you)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)臨界(jie)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)板厚(hou)(hou)(hou)時(shi),存在無法正常(chang)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)現象,嚴重(zhong)(zhong)影響(xiang)材料的(de)力(li)學(xue)性(xing)能及(ji)(ji)鋼(gang)(gang)板彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的(de)疲勞(lao)壽(shou)命。水(shui)溶性(xing)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)介質———PAG作為(wei)一(yi)種(zhong)新型的(de)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)介質,因其具有(you)(you)冷(leng)卻性(xing)能好、適用(yong)(yong)范(fan)圍廣(guang)、淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)硬性(xing)均勻、環保無污染、火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)災隱患小等優點(dian),被越來(lai)越多的(de)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理研究(jiu)者青睞。本文使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)PAG水(shui)溶性(xing)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)介質和普通(tong)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)油(you)(you),對(dui)24mm厚(hou)(hou)(hou)50CrVA材料鋼(gang)(gang)板彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)進(jin)行(xing)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理,并對(dui)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理后(hou)簧(huang)(huang)片的(de)金相組(zu)織、硬度和疲勞(lao)壽(shou)命進(jin)行(xing)了研究(jiu)。
選用(yong)(yong)50CrVA材(cai)料簧片作(zuo)為(wei)熱處理試(shi)驗材(cai)料,其規格為(wei)500mm×90mm×24mm,試(shi)驗材(cai)料化學成分為(wei)(質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)分數,%):0.53C,0.011S,0.009P,0.70Mn,0.27Si,0.99Cr,0.12V,余量(liang)為(wei)Fe。在(zai)一定(ding)熱處理工藝(yi)(900℃±5℃保(bao)(bao)溫20min)條件下,通(tong)過步進(jin)式淬(cui)火爐進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)熱、保(bao)(bao)溫,分別使用(yong)(yong)一定(ding)濃度水溶性淬(cui)火介質(zhi)(zhi)和普通(tong)淬(cui)火油(you)進(jin)行(xing)淬(cui)火,然后按(an)(480±5)℃保(bao)(bao)溫120min水冷回火,獲得不同淬(cui)火介質(zhi)(zhi)熱處理后試(shi)樣。
使(shi)(shi)用PAG水溶性(xing)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火介質(zhi)代替普(pu)通(tong)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火油(you),成功對24mm厚50CrVA材料(liao)鋼(gang)板彈簧試樣(yang)(yang)進行熱(re)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li),磁粉探傷未發現(xian)裂(lie)紋。使(shi)(shi)用PAG水溶性(xing)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火介質(zhi)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)24mm厚50CrVA材料(liao)鋼(gang)板彈簧試樣(yang)(yang),其淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火回火金相組織(zhi)、硬度(du),均優于使(shi)(shi)用普(pu)通(tong)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火油(you)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)試樣(yang)(yang)。24mm厚50CrVA材料(liao)鋼(gang)板彈簧試樣(yang)(yang),使(shi)(shi)用PAG水溶性(xing)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火介質(zhi)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)后平均疲勞壽(shou)命可達15萬次以上(shang),與普(pu)通(tong)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火油(you)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)試樣(yang)(yang)相比(bi),疲勞壽(shou)命提高近一倍,較大(da)程(cheng)度(du)上(shang)提高了鋼(gang)板彈簧的質(zhi)量。
