冷軋耐磨板常見表面缺陷解析

  冷軋耐磨板常見的(de)表(biao)面缺陷按(an)形(xing)成條(tiao)件(jian)和機理的(de)不同(tong)可分為以下幾類:

  (1)殘留附(fu)著物(wu)缺陷(xian)(xian),包括水(shui)印(yin)缺陷(xian)(xian)、異物(wu)壓(ya)入(ru)等(deng)。水(shui)印(yin)缺陷(xian)(xian)常產生于高速冷軋耐(nai)(nai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)的(de)下(xia)表面靠近DS側,它是(shi)由(you)于軋制(zhi)前后(hou)(hou)乳化液清洗不(bu)徹底,異常卷(juan)入(ru)帶鍘(zha)卷(juan)中,經退火后(hou)(hou)表面出現水(shui)印(yin)缺陷(xian)(xian),形(xing)狀各異,或(huo)呈(cheng)條狀,或(huo)呈(cheng)塊狀,顏色有白有黑,白的(de)是(shi)殘留灰分和鹽類,黑的(de)是(shi)殘碳、雜(za)油。異物(wu)壓(ya)入(ru)是(shi)指外界異物(wu)黏附(fu)在(zai)耐(nai)(nai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)表面經軋制(zhi)、擠壓(ya)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)點(dian)狀、線狀、塊狀缺陷(xian)(xian)等(deng),包括氧(yang)化鐵皮壓(ya)入(ru)、機組油污滴落在(zai)耐(nai)(nai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)表面或(huo)軋輥(gun)表面壓(ya)入(ru)、溶(rong)液、顆粒雜(za)物(wu)等(deng)黏附(fu)在(zai)耐(nai)(nai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)表面;

  (2)加(jia)工(gong)變形缺(que)陷,這類缺(que)陷是(shi)由(you)(you)于(yu)設備(bei)故(gu)障、生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝或操作不當造(zao)成的(de),包括條(tiao)紋(wen)(wen)、梗印、擦(ca)傷等。條(tiao)紋(wen)(wen)缺(que)陷是(shi)由(you)(you)于(yu)涂層過(guo)厚導(dao)致的(de),擦(ca)傷是(shi)由(you)(you)于(yu)在生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程中,耐磨板與加(jia)工(gong)設備(bei)等硬物(wu)接觸,造(zao)成其表面受(shou)到破(po)壞產(chan)生(sheng)的(de);

  (3)表面孔(kong)(kong)洞(dong)(dong)缺陷,分為三類:疏松的(de)蜂窩狀(zhuang)孔(kong)(kong)洞(dong)(dong)缺陷、不規(gui)則狀(zhuang)孔(kong)(kong)洞(dong)(dong)缺陷、月牙狀(zhuang)孔(kong)(kong)洞(dong)(dong)缺陷。孔(kong)(kong)洞(dong)(dong)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)原因(yin)(yin)可以歸納為以下兩種(zhong):一是(shi)連鑄(zhu)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工序(xu)不合理,導(dao)(dao)致鑄(zhu)坯(pi)出現皮下卷(juan)渣、夾渣、氣(qi)泡、針狀(zhuang)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)等夾雜缺陷,使(shi)耐磨板(ban)局(ju)部(bu)區域(yu)強(qiang)度弱化,在軋制(zhi)過程中形成孔(kong)(kong)洞(dong)(dong)。二是(shi)軋制(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工序(xu)不恰當,如板(ban)坯(pi)跑偏造(zao)成局(ju)部(bu)區域(yu)邊部(bu)折疊,或板(ban)形不良等原因(yin)(yin)造(zao)成粘輥和變(bian)形不均勻,導(dao)(dao)致孔(kong)(kong)洞(dong)(dong)的(de)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng);

  (4)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)銹(xiu)斑缺陷,該類缺陷主要是受(shou)外界環境(jing)的(de)影響,表(biao)面(mian)(mian)發生化學反應造成的(de)腐蝕缺陷,一(yi)般為黃褐色的(de)斑痕,可(ke)能分布在表(biao)面(mian)(mian)的(de)任意部位,主要分為塊狀點(dian)銹(xiu)、密集點(dian)銹(xiu)、零星點(dian)銹(xiu)。酸(suan)洗后板面(mian)(mian)有殘酸(suan),環境(jing)溫(wen)度較低,壓縮(suo)空氣供給量不足,平整液水分殘留以(yi)及(ji)防(fang)銹(xiu)劑(ji)效(xiao)果欠(qian)佳等原因都(dou)可(ke)能導致耐磨(mo)板表(biao)面(mian)(mian)出(chu)現銹(xiu)斑缺陷。
